The full viewer journey for a Nyburs live stream — YouTube / Instagram-Live grade. Full-bleed dark video with floating overlay chrome in both themes. Watch, react, vote, ask, gift the creator, control quality on a low-end phone, ask to join the stage, and come back later for the replay with synced chat, chapters and clips.
Top: host + avatar + Follow + 👁 server-truth count + ● LIVE. Right rail: ❤ with floating hearts and Share (native sheet + rich link card). A taller IG/TikTok-style comment overlay fills the lower part of the stage — ~5-6 messages, newest at the bottom, older ones fading out at the top — above the comment composer.
The host pins a Q&A banner over the video. A poll card lets you vote with one tap and see live results. Ask a question submits to the host's Q&A queue — here it shows "sent".
The real problem in the app: a live poll + comments + the keyboard all at once. Fix — when you tap to type, the poll collapses to one tappable pill, the comment rail shrinks to the last ~2 (newest pinned to the composer, no dead gap), and the composer docks right on the keyboard. Nothing overlaps, nothing floats in a void.
A gift tray + super-chat composer: pick a gift or an amount, add a message that gets highlighted & pinned in the rail, and a big gift floats over the video. Pays the creator straight to their Nyburs wallet.
Quality selector (Auto / 1080 / 480 / Audio-only), PiP / mini-player, full-screen, and a DVR scrubber — "you're 30s behind · Go live". Audio-only + 480 keep it watchable on a low-end Android.
Tap the mini-player icon (or swipe down) and the live shrinks to a floating window while you browse the rest of Nyburs — the stream keeps playing, audio stays on, the token keeps refreshing. A ● LIVE dot, the host's name, a close ✕ and an expand control. Tap it to jump straight back. Fixes the app's "navigate away = stream dies" gap.
Tap Raise hand and a clear pending banner appears: "Request sent · waiting for the host". The rail button flips to Requested so you can't double-send, with a Cancel to withdraw. The request is persisted — it survives a reconnect and shows in the host's list, not lost when your socket blips.
The other direction — the host taps your name and invites you up. A clear prompt over the dimmed video: who's inviting, what happens next (your camera & mic turn on), and a balanced Decline / Accept. No silent join, no surprise broadcast. (This is the affordance the app is missing today.)
Come on as a guest and speak to everyone watching. You can leave the stage anytime.
Accepted — your camera tile appears on stage with your name on it (every publisher is labelled, host and guest alike). A green "You're on stage now" banner confirms it; mirrors the broadcaster's guest flow.
After the live ends → an interstitial offers Watch replay / See clips. The VOD plays with a scrubber, chapters, the original chat replayed in sync, and a swipeable Clips strip of the best moments.
