From viewfinder to a rewarding wrap-up, plus the engagement, co-host, monetization and moderation tools that make officials, parties and creators want to go live here. Host engagement controls — comments, Q&A, polls and requests-to-join — are chosen at go-live and toggle in real time to every viewer. Each card is tagged with where it sits on the roadmap.
Tapping Go Live on any surface (channel / circle / home) opens this. The audience is carried in — you only pick how: Live (video) or Chaupal (audio). Then straight to pre-live — no old form.
Camera preview fills the screen. Preview pill · X top; audience carried in, read-only (🔒 — never picked). Right rail: flip · mic · beautify. Pick which engagement controls are on — comments, Q&A, polls, requests — all flippable later in-live. Title, optional cover, big Go Live with a 3-2-1 countdown.
No camera. Host speaking-ring, editable room title, audience carried in (🔒). Same engagement toggles (no Polls). Mic · Invite · Listeners, then green Start Chaupal.

The steady broadcasting state, role-aware & compact — the host doesn't need the viewer's heavy cards. Top: ● LIVE + timer (server-truth) + 👁 count; a tiny 📌 Pinned chip (not the full banner they pinned). Right rail: End, flip, camera, mic, maximize. Bottom stacks cleanly with zero overflow: a slim poll results strip (host can't vote → results-only + Close) → the flexible faded comments overlay → engagement chips (Q&A · Pin · Poll · Requests) → your own comment composer. Camera-off placeholder sits centred in the freed middle.
Tap the single ✦ Host chip to open the host panel. Tools at the top (Pin comment · Pin a link · Start poll · Q&A queue) and Controls below — the same four toggles set at go-live: Comments, Q&A, Polls, Requests to join, plus an optional Cover image. Every Controls flip is realtime & in-place: when the host turns one off, that affordance vanishes from every viewer's screen instantly — no refresh, no rejoin (same live-MQTT path as polls, pins and slow-mode). Here Requests is OFF, so no viewer sees a "Request to join".
From the ✦ Host panel's Live tools, tap Start poll to build one inline — quick yes / no / pick with a duration. The pinned question shows on-video as a "Q:" banner — perfect for officials answering constituents. (The Q&A queue, Pin comment and Pin a link tools open the same way.)
Split-screen with a second publisher. A requests to join list (raise-hand viewers) with accept / decline, and per-guest controls — mute or remove. Great for two officials, or a resident sharing their side.
Supporters send a paid super-chat — pinned, gold, with the amount + message — plus floating gift animations. A small ₹ earned ticker keeps the host motivated; earnings credit the creator wallet.
Long-press any comment for actions: delete, mute the user, block, or flip on slow-mode. A muted user is clearly marked. Hosts stay in charge, so officials can go live without fear.
The host can check a comment's profile, grab a link or glance at the feed without ending the broadcast. The live shrinks to a floating window — camera keeps publishing, token keeps refreshing — with a ● LIVE dot, viewer count, and an End + expand right there. Closing it never silently kills the stream (the app's current gap). Tap to jump back to the console.
No dead-end. A creator summary: duration, peak + total viewers, ❤, comments, new followers and ₹ earned. Clear next steps — Save replay, Create clip, Share, Post to feed. (Money + clips are NEXT.)
